However, intentionally inhibiting your reaction time, and driving skills by intoxicating yourself, then intentionally getting behind the wheel of a vehicle is reckless, and should be punished. I have almost gotten run over by people who were either falling asleep at the wheel, or were intoxicated, and it is not a fun situation to be in.

I think that the punishment for DUI DWI’s should be more extreme. On the first offense, the license should be taken away. BECAUSE you knew what you were doing when you got into the vehicle. If you planned on drinking, you could have planned on getting a DD. I have been the DD for many people as I never drink, and in order to keep them off of the road, i do not mind doing it.
Experimentation with alcohol during the teen years is common.

Some reasons that teens use alcohol and other drugs are:

to feel good, reduce stress, and relax
to fit in
to feel older

From a very young age, kids see advertising messages showing beautiful people enjoying life — and alcohol.

And because many parents and other adults use alcohol socially — having beer or wine with dinner, for example — alcohol seems harmless to many teens.

What are some good ways to save money when on vacation? take breakfast food with you have sandwiches in your room bring snacks and a cooler full drinks with you where ever you go make kool aid and tea ahead of time and put in milk jugs ,when you must eat out do it after lunch but before dinner for more savings look for coupons for dinning specials,look for all free attractions events and festivals happening theses are free visit the state parks for a little bit of nothing have lunch in a city park.Don’t eat out in fancy restaurants but rather consider cheap and easy meals to save on your food costs. Food is food… save your money for the things you want to do or see. Don’t be afraid to negotiate for discounts on things you’d like to have. All they can do is say “no” and you will never have to see the people again. Comparison shop on things and don’t waste money on souvenirs, postcards, and such. It’s YOUR vacation… not your friends.open up a holiday account that you can not take money out without you and your partners signatures (that way it becomes to hard and you never touch it)
Try save money on shopping/phone bills etc and put this money in the account.Get the kids on it too..seeing where they can save money ..or they can earn money from you for doing jobs which can go into the savings pool (that way you get two rewards)

here are my dream vacation spots!

Spain: There’s lots of beauties to discover around Madrid, Barcelona,etc. It’s kind of hot though. Most people are nice and friendly
Greece: I’ve been there. There are ups and downs, most of them are ups though. Nice people, nice places. Lots! of cultural things to discover. history, music, etc. Best places: Athens, Santorini, Corfu. Very rich night life (discos, partying, pubs and things like that)
Italy: Been there too. It’s very nice, and you should go to Italy at LEAST once in your lifetime. You could spend an entire Rome looking through the tons of historical things that are in Rome, also go to Milan, very nice place, for shopping too.
Egypt: Magical place. You HAVE to visit the Pyramids, I promise you will be amazed. Also they have very very nice hotels with pools and all services.
Finland: Clost to the end of May (which I’m not sure is Spring break but still) there is going to be a great event organized in Helsinki. It’s the Eurovision Song Contest which is this song contest for most European countries. The songs are that good, but the even is live, and you would still get a very nice exprerience the people are nice, and the organization for this even is enormous trust me!
Some other nice places are : Paris, London, Stockholm, Turkey (Turkey is the most frequented country by Europeans over the summer), Moscow, etc. someone told me that St. Thomas Villas is also a good spot how about you? where do you want spend your vacation?

what a collection agency really do? For starters, it depends on the amount of money to collect. If it’s a small amount, the most they will do is put it on their credit report, send them a couple letters, and may be call them a few times. Rarely do they even collect that much.
